Planner data stays in your browser
Names, availability, rates and schedules are processed on your device. Clicking Save stores them in localStorage; Export creates a local CSV. We do not upload planner inputs to a scheduling server. Use Clear saved data to remove the stored roster, and delete downloaded files separately.
Website and preferences
Hosting and network providers process connection information such as IP address, request path and browser headers to deliver and secure the site. Language, currency and notice preferences are stored locally. Support session state is held in browser session storage. No advertising or analytics scripts are installed by this site.
Chat, feedback and email
Chat messages are sent to Typebot for automated responses. Feedback forms send the fields you choose to provide, your email, message, locale and site context to our Flywheel support system. Email is handled through Lark Mail; acknowledgements and internal notifications use that system. These support services are separate from the local planner. Send only information needed to answer your request.
Purpose, access and retention
We use correspondence to answer requests, provide support, investigate issues and meet applicable obligations. Authorized staff and the providers operating these services may access it. Processing can occur outside your country. We do not sell it or share it for cross-context advertising. We retain correspondence for handling requests and applicable record-keeping needs; no fixed automatic deletion period or special encryption certification is promised.
