Digital delivery
The planner runs in your browser after the page and scripts load. Enter 1–30 people, hourly rates and daily availability; generate and adjust a weekly roster, review estimated hours and costs, save in this browser and export CSV. Processing and export times depend on the team size and your device.
Files and local saving
Saved rosters remain in this browser. CSV files are delivered through your browser’s download controls, not by post. No physical goods are shipped and there are no shipping or handling fees. Keep a copy of important exports; browser data can be cleared and is not synced across devices.
System requirements
Use a current browser with JavaScript enabled. Local saving requires browser storage. Scheduling and CSV export run on your device. Review staffing, working-time requirements and estimates before use; this tool does not replace payroll or legal advice.
Delivery problems
For access or download problems, email support@shiftkumo.com with the page, browser, error and purchase reference, if relevant. Do not send full card details. We give a first reply within 1 business day. The Refund Policy explains the 30-day full refund guarantee.
Delivery and activation
Paid access activates automatically and immediately after payment is confirmed. The subscription period begins at that confirmation.
After payment confirmation
If access is missing after confirmed payment, email support@shiftkumo.com with your purchase email, payment confirmation time and order or transaction reference. We will investigate activation. Do not send passwords or full card details.
