Cancellation
Email support@shiftkumo.com from your purchase email address with the subject “Cancel subscription” and your transaction reference, if available. Cancel before your next renewal to stop future billing. We handle email requests on business days and confirm the outcome by email. Cancellation stops future renewals, with no cancellation or early-termination fee. Paid access continues until the end of the period already paid for. Cancellation does not automatically request a refund. If a renewal is charged before an email request is processed, the payment remains covered by our 30-day full refund guarantee.
Delivery and activation
Paid access activates automatically and immediately after payment is confirmed. The subscription period begins at that confirmation.
Cancellation and renewals
For a confirmed subscription, email support@shiftkumo.com before the next renewal time shown in your purchase confirmation. Include your purchase email and order or transaction reference, if available. Timeliness is measured when our support mailbox receives your request, not when processing finishes. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues until the paid period ends unless a refund ends it sooner.
