Plans, taxes and fees
Monthly: USD $9.90 / JPY ¥1,599; Quarterly: USD $19.90 / JPY ¥2,999; Annual: USD $99.00 / JPY ¥15,999; 2-Year: USD $129.00 / JPY ¥19,999; 3-Year: USD $199.00 / JPY ¥29,999. These are full-period totals, including applicable taxes. No setup or per-person fees. Your bank may charge foreign-transaction or conversion fees.
Payment and renewal
There is no free trial. The full selected plan price is payable upon a completed purchase, then at each renewal for the same billing period until canceled. Review the selected amount, currency and interval before confirming. Card statement name: SHIFTKUMO.COM.
Cancellation
Email support@shiftkumo.com from your purchase email address with the subject “Cancel subscription” and your transaction reference, if available. Cancel before your next renewal to stop future billing. We handle email requests on business days and confirm the outcome by email. Cancellation stops future renewals, with no cancellation or early-termination fee. Paid access continues until the end of the period already paid for. Cancellation does not automatically request a refund. If a renewal is charged before an email request is processed, the payment remains covered by our 30-day full refund guarantee.
Refunds
Every initial and renewal payment qualifies for a full refund requested within 30 calendar days of its charge date, with no reason required and no deduction for days used. A full guarantee refund ends the related paid access and cancels future renewal. See the Refund Policy for processing and bank timing.
Digital delivery
The planner runs in your browser after the page and scripts load. Enter 1–30 people, hourly rates and daily availability; generate and adjust a weekly roster, review estimated hours and costs, save in this browser and export CSV. Processing and export times depend on the team size and your device. Saved rosters remain in this browser. CSV files are delivered through your browser’s download controls, not by post. No physical goods are shipped and there are no shipping or handling fees. Keep a copy of important exports; browser data can be cleared and is not synced across devices.
Use and responsibility
Use a current browser with JavaScript enabled. Local saving requires browser storage. Scheduling and CSV export run on your device. Review staffing, working-time requirements and estimates before use; this tool does not replace payroll or legal advice.
